Overall a solid experience. The vehicle is exactly as advertised, everything was clean and in good working order. We didn't experience any issues throughout the trip. Worked well for our family of four, with kids ages 10 and 12.

We loved our trip in this RV! The entire process was made easy from reservations, pickup to drop off and beyond. Our family was comfortable and had no complaints in this beautiful RV!

Everything went well. Generator was too small and didn’t work so host offered to refund that cost. Very smooth

Booking experience was super easy! We were less thrilled when we noticed the obscene amount of left-behind items (junk), leaving very little room for our belongings. There was even a bag full of x rated items, ugh! Overall, great rig that got us to some fun places in comfort.

Batteries went dead after three hours of no generator running had to start RV to then start generator stopped working sporadically during trip while stopped

We didn't get to use the camper we rented unfortunately. Our truck's torque converter went out after we left the lot. The staff was very helpful and they were kind enough to refund a portion of the rental fee. Despite the pit experience of not getting to use the camper, Corbin and his team were so professional and caring. We will definitely be renting another camper from GoHome Port (with a new truck)! :)
One word of advice - don't assume the pickup location is correct on the app. Be sure to message the host to confirm the location prior to picking up the unit since a lot of companies manage more than one location.
